Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, posted a series of tweets at the turn of the new year addressing political topics and engaging with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

On December 31, 2025, Biggs tweeted: “Nothing to see here! Definitely not suspicious at all. @GovTimWalz, see you on February 10. https://t.co/zCOpumXIaR”. The post referenced Governor Tim Walz and included a mention of an upcoming date.

The following day, January 1, 2026, Biggs addressed his followers with a New Year’s message: “Happy New Year, Patriots

2025 was only the beginning of America’s Golden Age under President @realDonaldTrump. Let’s get to work and make this year even better.

I wish you a blessed and prosperous 2026!”.

On January 2, 2026, Biggs again addressed Governor Walz directly regarding election security: “What measures will you take to safeguard against fraud, Tim?

Your taxpaying citizens would like to know. https://t.co/0v8vrgDurs“.

Biggs has served in Congress since replacing Richard Miranda in Arizona’s 5th district in 2017. He previously served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017 and holds degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona. Born in Tucson in 1958, he currently resides in Gilbert.
