Rep. Andy Biggs, who represents Arizona’s 5th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets between October 1 and October 3, 2025, addressing political discourse and issues related to immigration and public office.

On October 1, Biggs commented on rhetoric within political parties, writing “When your party routinely calls their political opponents racists, fascists, and Nazis, you are the problem. Charlie Kirk encouraged peaceful debate and was still murdered by an assassin indoctrinated by the radical Left. Thanks for having me, @MrHarryCole.” On October 2, he posted a brief statement regarding perceived double standards: “Rules for thee but not for me.”

In a tweet dated October 3, Biggs addressed concerns over immigration enforcement in public institutions: “Unbelievable that an illegal alien—especially one with a rap sheet as long as Roberts’s—was permitted to serve as a superintendent in the U.S.”

Biggs has served in Congress since replacing Richard Miranda in 2017. He previously held office in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Born in Tucson in 1958 and currently residing in Gilbert, Biggs holds degrees from Brigham Young University (BA) and the University of Arizona (JD).
