Rep. Andy Biggs, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, has used his social media platform to reiterate Republican positions on healthcare and criticize President Joe Biden and his administration.

On October 7, 2025, Biggs posted: “Every single Republican campaigned on repealing Obamacare. It’s a disaster that never worked and only led to increased premiums across the country. The GOP has no excuse to cave on this issue.”

The following day, on October 8, 2025, he accused the Biden family of corruption, stating: “The Biden Crime Family is corrupt through and through. And Joe Biden himself—and members of his staff—covered up Hunter’s dirty business deals. There must be accountability for wrongdoers.”

Later that same day, Biggs shared another post simply stating: “Promises made, promises kept.”

Biggs, who previously served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017 before entering Congress, was born in Tucson in 1958 and currently resides in Gilbert. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University (1982) and a JD from the University of Arizona (1984).
