Rep. Andy Biggs, U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, has posted a series of tweets expressing his views on national policy and current events.

On October 8, 2025, Biggs posted “BIG. @NobelPrize https://t.co/cKoKQEnUgm”. The following day, he called for legislative action with the statement “Repeal Obamacare.” on October 9, 2025.

Later that same day, Biggs commented on the ongoing debate over federal funding priorities: “Democrats proudly value healthcare for illegal aliens over healthcare for our troops. Schumer’s Shutdown will soon cause our troops to miss their paychecks. https://t.co/U9OyuFpeX5”.

Andy Biggs has represented Arizona’s 5th District in Congress since replacing Richard Miranda in 2017. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Born in Tucson in 1958, Biggs is currently a resident of Gilbert and holds degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona.
