Rep. Andy Biggs, who represents Arizona’s 5th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on his social media account on December 12, 2025, addressing issues related to privacy rights, healthcare legislation, and gender identity.

In one post published at 2:58 a.m., Biggs wrote: “Americans’ Fourth Amendment privacy rights are NOT for sale. Get a warrant.” [December 12, 2025].

Later that day at 1:58 p.m., he called for changes to existing healthcare laws: “Repeal and replace the Unaffordable Care Act. Pass my Putting Patients First Healthcare Freedom Act.” [December 12, 2025].

Shortly after, at 2:05 p.m., Biggs addressed the topic of transgender children with the statement: “Gross. There’s no such thing as ‘trans kids,’ only children infected by the woke mind virus.” [December 12, 2025].

Biggs has represented Arizona’s 5th District in Congress since replacing Richard Miranda in 2017 and previously served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Born in Tucson in 1958 and currently residing in Gilbert, Biggs holds degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona.
