Rep. Andy Biggs, U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, posted several statements on his official social media account on September 18, 2025.

In a message directed at the President of the United States, Biggs wrote: “Thank you Mr. President!” (September 18, 2025).

Later that day, he criticized D.C. Attorney General Schwalb for actions against firearm retailers, stating: “D.C. Attorney General Schwalb dragged federally licensed firearm retailers through months of lawfare, knowing he never had a case. He chose to go after Americans’ Second Amendment rights instead of prosecuting violent crime in D.C. Shameful.” (September 18, 2025).

Biggs also endorsed commentary from another user by posting: “Great points from @rachelbovard.” (September 18, 2025).

Andy Biggs has represented Arizona’s 5th District in Congress since replacing Richard Miranda in 2017 and previously served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Born in Tucson in 1958 and currently residing in Gilbert, Biggs holds a BA from Brigham Young University and a JD from the University of Arizona.
