Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, posted a series of statements on November 19, 2025, regarding congressional actions and controversies related to the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.
In his first post at 00:41 UTC, Biggs stated, “I voted in favor of H.R. 4405 to support continued transparency in the Epstein investigation and to advance the broader pursuit of justice. That work, however, requires more than a single bill.
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform—on which I serve—has already”. Biggs has been a member of Congress since replacing Richard Miranda in 2017 and serves on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
Later that night at 01:06 UTC, he commented on Delegate Stacey Plaskett’s role in congressional hearings involving Jeffrey Epstein: “Stacey Plaskett wants you to know that SHE DOESN’T NEED ADVICE on how to question anyone…
…except, in 2019, Jeffrey Epstein fed her questions to ask in a congressional committee hearing. And she listened.
Weird.”
At 02:11 UTC, Biggs addressed recent developments within the House: “The Republican-controlled House just failed to censure a delegate after it was revealed that she served as Jeffrey Epstein’s mouthpiece during a committee hearing.
No one who took directives from the likes of Epstein should be permitted to sit on the House Intel Committee.”
Biggs has represented Arizona’s 5th District since 2017 after serving in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. He was born in Tucson in 1958 and currently resides in Gilbert. He holds degrees from Brigham Young University (BA) and the University of Arizona (JD).
