Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, recently posted several statements on his social media account criticizing the Biden-Harris administration and Democratic lawmakers.

On September 22, 2025, Biggs posted a message of gratitude to Secretary Kennedy: “Thank you @SecKennedy!”

The following day, he alleged that the current administration sought to suppress conservative viewpoints online. On September 23, 2025, he wrote: “The radical Biden-Harris regime pressured platforms to silence conservative voices. Chairman @Jim_Jordan and @JudiciaryGOP are fighting to make sure it never happens again.”

Later that same day, Biggs commented on ongoing budget negotiations in Congress, referencing former President Trump and criticizing Senate Democrats. He stated: “President Trump is right. Shutdown Schumer and his Senate Democrats are poised to shut down the government over taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries and benefits for illegal aliens. We will not capitulate to the radical Left’s insane demands.”

Biggs has represented Arizona’s 5th District in Congress since succeeding Richard Miranda in 2017. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Born in Tucson in 1958 and currently residing in Gilbert, Biggs holds degrees from Brigham Young University (BA) and the University of Arizona (JD).
