Rep. Andy Biggs, who represents Arizona’s 5th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets on November 18, 2025, raising concerns about transparency regarding Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes and criticizing Democratic lawmakers for their handling of related investigations.

In a tweet posted at 17:01 UTC, Biggs stated, “I’ve always called for transparency related to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes—even when Democrats like @StaceyPlaskett were being spoon-fed questions by Epstein himself in 2019. Democrats had four years under Joe Biden to call attention to this, but they never uttered a word.”

Later that day at 18:59 UTC, Biggs quoted Rep. James Comer and commented on the direction of congressional investigations: “Unfortunately, throughout this investigation, Democrats have chosen to manufacture yet another anti-Trump hoax instead of pursuing justice.” -@RepJamesComer Spot-on, Mr. Chairman. I’m thankful to work on @GOPoversight under your leadership.

At 19:07 UTC on the same day, Biggs referenced Brooklyn Barack and Minority Leader Stacey Plaskett in connection with Jeffrey Epstein: “Rising Star” Brooklyn Barack’s firm reached out to arrange a dinner with Jeffrey Epstein. Add to this the fact that he has yet to condemn Stacey Plaskett’s text exchange with Epstein during a committee hearing… What else is the Minority Leader hiding?”

Andy Biggs has served as a member of Congress since 2017 after previously serving in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. He was born in Tucson in 1958 and currently resides in Gilbert. Biggs earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and later received his law degree from the University of Arizona.
