U.S. Congressman Andy Biggs, who represents Arizona’s 5th district, posted a series of statements on his social media account on September 10, 2025, addressing issues related to law enforcement, political opposition, and former President Donald Trump.

In one post dated September 10, 2025 at 00:22 UTC, Biggs wrote: “Shame on every single person involved in letting this psychopath walk free after fourteen arrests and a six year prison sentence.

A country without respect for the rule of law cannot be a sovereign nation.

Undue mercy to the guilty is cruelty to the innocent.”

Later that day at 14:07 UTC, he commented on the Democratic Party platform with another post: “The Democrats’ entire platform is built on lies.”

At 14:45 UTC on the same day, Biggs expressed support for former President Donald Trump’s impact on safety in Washington D.C., stating: “D.C. is safer because of President Trump’s hard work!”

Andy Biggs has served as a member of Congress since 2017 after succeeding Richard Miranda and previously held office in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. He was born in Tucson in 1958 and currently resides in Gilbert. Biggs holds degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona.
