U.S. Representative Andy Biggs, who serves Arizona’s 5th district, recently used his social media platform to express strong views on COVID-19 vaccine policy and immigration enforcement.

On August 28, 2025, Biggs posted: “No American should have ever been coerced to take an untested and unsafe vaccine. @SecKennedy has correctly rescinded the emergency authorization for the Covid-19 vaccine. Thank you Secretary Kennedy for your commitment to healthcare freedom.” This statement followed a decision by Secretary Kennedy to rescind the emergency authorization for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Later that day, on August 28, 2025, Biggs made another post regarding immigration policy: “Breaking the law to invade our country should not be rewarded. No amnesty.”

On August 30, 2025, he posted simply: “”

Born in Tucson in 1958, Biggs is currently 64 years old and resides in Gilbert. His educational background includes a BA from Brigham Young University and a JD from the University of Arizona.
