Brewer Science, Inc., a company specializing in advanced materials and processes for the microelectronics and optoelectronics industries, has opened a new office and laboratory in Chandler, Arizona. The facility, called the Brewer Science Arizona Innovation Center, aims to strengthen connections with customers, partners, and research collaborators while leveraging the talent pool available in the Greater Phoenix area.

Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke welcomed the development. “We are excited to welcome Brewer Science’s expansion to our business community,” Hartke said. “It is global leaders in developing and manufacturing next-generation materials and processes, like Brewer Science, that make Chandler a community of innovation and a thriving hub for the semiconductor industry.”

The new center will function as both a collaborative research space and a hub for customer engagement. According to Brewer Science, this setup is expected to speed up product development by shortening the time between laboratory research and fabrication. All of Brewer Science’s research and manufacturing operations take place within the United States.

“This new office and lab bring us closer to the heart of the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem,” said Rama Puligadda, Chief Technology Officer at Brewer Science. “The proximity to our customers and partners will streamline our research collaborations and accelerate delivery of advanced materials that meet the rigorous demands of next-generation devices and support our U.S. semiconductor supply chain.”

Brewer Science is also seeking to employ local engineers, scientists, and technologists as part of its expansion efforts.

“The Chandler, Arizona area is a growing hub of semiconductor innovation, and we’re excited to collaborate with the talented professionals driving that momentum,” said Dan Brewer, co-CEO at Brewer Science. “This expansion allows us to pair their expertise with Brewer Science’s award-winning culture to accelerate meaningful technological advancements together.”

Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority, noted Brewer Science’s ongoing involvement in regional technology initiatives. “Brewer Science has long been a valued partner in Arizona’s innovation ecosystem, including through their leadership on the Science Foundation Arizona board,” Watson said. “This new Innovation Center in Chandler reinforces Arizona’s position as North America’s premier hub for semiconductor R&D and reflects our shared commitment to advancing next-generation technologies.”

The facility is located at 145 S. 79th St., Chandler, AZ 85226. This marks another step in Brewer Science’s mission to provide innovative materials made in America while enhancing its presence in semiconductor advancement globally.

With eleven offices worldwide, Brewer Science states it is positioned to support customers both domestically and internationally.
