C.E. Precision Assemblies (CEPA), a manufacturer specializing in cable assemblies and wire harnesses for the aerospace and defense sectors, is expanding its presence in Chandler, Arizona. The company has signed a lease for a 39,757-square-foot facility at 7155 W. Detroit St., which is nearly four times larger than its current location.
Greg Brinjak, Site Director of CEPA, commented on the expansion: “We have been in Chandler for 35 years and need a larger facility to meet increased demand for our products. Continuing to grow in Chandler is important to us, and we are glad to have found a long-term home here.”
Mayor Kevin Hartke acknowledged the company’s decision: “We congratulate C.E. Precision Assemblies as they expand their footprint in Chandler. We greatly appreciate their investment in our community and look forward to supporting their continued success.”
Micah Miranda, Chandler Economic Development Director, added: “When a company like CEPA chooses to reinvest in Chandler, it shows a tremendous amount of trust. They know Chandler is a stable, pro-business community that will be a partner in their growth.”
Serena Wedlich from CBRE represented CEPA during the lease process while Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel, Andy Markham, and Justin Smith represented the landlord.
The company is currently working on tenant improvement plans for the new space and expects to move by May 2026. As part of this expansion, CEPA plans to hire up to 20-30 additional employees over the next two years.
Founded in 1986, CEPA provides interconnect solutions such as flexible RF/Microwave cable assemblies and complex wire harnesses used across military and aerospace applications.
