Chandler announced on Apr. 13 that its Code Enforcement Resident Academy will return this spring, offering a three-week session aimed at educating residents about the city’s code enforcement process. The sessions are scheduled for Tuesdays, May 12, 19 and 26, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Sunset Library.
The academy is designed to help residents understand property maintenance standards, identify common code violations, and learn how to report issues in their neighborhoods. According to city officials, the program also encourages community members to take an active role in maintaining Chandler’s safety and appearance.
“We always look forward to this program because it brings together residents who share a genuine pride in their neighborhoods,” said Erica Barba, Neighborhood Services Program Manager. “It’s a chance to have real conversations about how we all play a part in keeping Chandler clean, safe and beautiful.”
Participants who attend all three sessions will be eligible for a prize drawing. More information about registration is available through the city’s website or by contacting Erica Barba with the Neighborhood Resources Department.
