The City of Chandler, in partnership with the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, is organizing a community meet and greet to introduce Acting City Manager John Pombier. The event is scheduled for August 27 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Vision Gallery, located at 10 E. Chicago St.

Residents and business owners are invited to attend and engage with Pombier and other members of Chandler’s executive team. The meeting aims to provide an opportunity for community members to share their perspectives on current issues and future opportunities in Chandler.

John Pombier began his role as acting city manager on July 16 after being appointed by the Chandler City Council. Before joining Chandler, he retired from the City of Mesa in 2022 following a 19-year tenure, which included 11 years as assistant city manager.
