The City of Chandler has started work on a five-year strategic plan for the Chandler Museum, in partnership with Keen Independent Research. The effort is intended to align the museum’s programs, facilities, and partnerships—including its relationship with the Chandler Museum Foundation—under a unified vision.
Keen Independent Research is working with city officials, museum staff, and stakeholders to develop this vision. The planning process will focus on identifying core audiences for the museum, setting strategic goals, and creating steps to improve the museum’s impact and accessibility.
“Through this process, Keen Independent is working closely with city leadership, Museum staff and key stakeholders to develop an inspiring and forward-thinking vision. The plan will identify the Museum’s core audiences, define strategic goals and outline actionable steps to enhance its impact and accessibility.”
Community participation is encouraged as part of the initiative. Residents are invited to attend a public meeting on Thursday, Sept. 4 at 5:30 p.m. at the Chandler Museum to share their ideas about the museum’s future direction.
