Claim Assist Solutions, a national insurance claim support provider based in San Antonio, has announced it will open a new 58,000 square-foot office at One Chandler Corporate Center in West Chandler. This marks the company’s first office in Arizona and is intended to address increased demand for its services in the Phoenix metropolitan area as well as provide nationwide client support.
Ramon Lopez, President of Claim Assist Solutions, said, “Our decision to expand into Chandler is driven by both client demand and the area’s strong talent pool. This is a significant investment for us and we see great long-term growth opportunities in Chandler.”

The company plans to hire about 40 employees initially when operations begin in mid-November. Over the next two to three years, employment could grow to as many as 400 positions. New hires will be trained together in cohorts.
Claim Assist Solutions provides insurance claim support services designed to streamline processes for carriers, adjusters, and policyholders using its proprietary management software platform.
