DPC Companies has begun construction on Chandler Innovation Park, a new industrial development located at the northeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ryan Road in Chandler. The project will include three buildings totaling approximately 327,776 square feet on a 21-acre site within the Airpark Area, which is one of Chandler’s fastest growing employment corridors.

The park is designed to serve a variety of industrial tenants, with building sizes ranging from 39,000 to 190,000 square feet and flexible options for users needing as little as 20,000 square feet. Features include clear heights between 28 and 32 feet, multiple loading doors, and secured truck courts. These amenities are intended to attract businesses involved in manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial operations.

“Chandler Innovation Park represents DPC Companies’ commitment to delivering modern, flexible industrial space that fuels regional growth,” said Tony Kill, Vice President of Development at DPC Companies. “Chandler has proven to be a dynamic, business-friendly environment, and we are excited to contribute to its next chapter of innovation and economic development.”

This marks DPC Companies’ first ground-up development in Chandler after more than ten years of investment activity in the city. The location offers access to Loop 202 freeway and proximity to Chandler Municipal Airport as well as major technology corridors.

Mayor Kevin Hartke commented on the project’s impact: “This development enhances our city’s position as a hub for innovation and advanced manufacturing. We thank DPC Companies for choosing Chandler and investing in a project that will generate economic benefits for years to come.”

Micah Miranda, Economic Development Director for the City of Chandler added: “We are thrilled to see DPC Companies delivering a project in Chandler. The Chandler Innovation Park reflects the strength of our industrial market and the city’s strategic investments in infrastructure and business attraction.”

Jim Roland from Alcorn Construction noted his company’s involvement: “Chandler Innovation Park signifies the kind of forward-thinking development that defines our approach at Alcorn Construction. We’re proud to partner with DPC Companies and the City of Chandler to bring this high-performance industrial space to life.”

The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026. Alcorn Construction serves as general contractor while Lee & Associates Arizona manages leasing activities.

DPC Companies operates primarily across the Rocky Mountain region with offices in Denver and Chandler. The firm focuses on commercial real estate projects including asset management and property oversight.

Alcorn Construction specializes in commercial office, light industrial, retail, multi-family, and senior living projects throughout Denver and Phoenix metro areas.
