The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Foundation has launched the 34th class of its Gilbert Leadership program. The new cohort began the year with an orientation and team-building day, marking the start of their leadership development journey.

According to the organization, participants in Class 34 come from a variety of sectors including business, healthcare, non-profit organizations, education, government, and public safety. The group is expected to continue the tradition of community service and leadership fostered by previous classes.

“Gilbert Leadership, a premier program of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Foundation, empowers both emerging and established leaders to strengthen our community. With more than 30 years of impact, the program has graduated alumni who continue to drive meaningful change and growth in Gilbert,” said representatives from the program.

The initiative aims to help participants better understand their community while building relationships and skills that can contribute to local improvement efforts.

Sponsorship for this year’s program comes from APS, Arizona State University, and DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix-Gilbert. The Team Building Day was also supported by Newman Realty Team Powered by Realty One Group.
