Gilbert Chamber referral teams report over $2.8 million in closed business for Q2

Quarter 2 of the 2025-2026 fiscal year saw significant results for the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce’s Referral Teams, which reported $2,836,003.65 in closed business between October and December 2025. The figure highlights the impact of intentional networking and member engagement within the organization.

The Chamber’s Referral Teams focus on building connections that translate into business opportunities for members. “Behind every dollar is a connection made, a conversation had, and a commitment to helping fellow members succeed,” according to the organization. Members are encouraged to support one another through regular meetings and shared accountability.

Recognition was given to several participants this quarter. The Growing Gilbert team, which meets on Tuesdays at 8:45 AM, led with 192 one-to-one meetings for the second consecutive quarter. Kristin Morris of Cruise Planners – Arizona Cruise & Travel received recognition as Top Referral Champion after making 25 outside referrals. M’Chellin Baker from Verena at Gilbert was named Top Networker with 28 one-to-one meetings.

The Chamber attributes its Referral Teams’ ongoing success to collaborative efforts among its members. “What makes Referral Teams thrive is their shared dedication to growth through collaboration. Members show up not only for their own success, but to actively support one another—creating a culture where accountability, celebration, and shared wins are the norm.”

Looking ahead to Quarter 3, the Chamber anticipates further growth as new connections continue forming among members.
