The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce’s Referral Teams have reported strong results for the first quarter of the fiscal year, generating $614,748.57 in closed business between July and September 2025. The organization credits these figures to a focus on community engagement and consistent collaboration among its members.
According to the Chamber, member participation through introductions, one-on-one meetings, and referrals has contributed to both business growth and stronger professional relationships within the network.
Several individuals were recognized for their contributions this quarter. The Growing Gilbert team, which meets on Tuesday mornings, led with 213 one-to-one meetings. Luann Lenox from TequilaSnobs was named Top Referral Champion after providing 25 outside referrals. M’Chellin Baker of Verena at Gilbert was acknowledged as Top Networker with 42 one-to-one meetings.
“The strength of our Referral Teams lies in their shared missions; supporting one another, celebrating wins, and staying accountable to collective growth. The synergy we’ve seen this quarter reminds us that business success is built through community, not competition,” the Chamber stated.
The organization plans to continue its efforts into the next quarter by deepening connections among members and welcoming new participants. Those interested in joining a Referral Team or learning more can contact Amber Stricklin at amber@gilbertchamber.com.
