The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce’s Women Empowered Committee is organizing its 2025 Fall Social, themed “DREAM,” on September 23. This event marks the beginning of the committee’s annual focus, “DREAM. DEFINE. DO.” The gathering aims to provide a space for professionals to connect and expand their networks across different industries.

Crystal Blackwell, Founder and CEO of Crystal Clear Results, L.L.C., will be the featured speaker at the event. Blackwell specializes in leadership strategy, coaching, and training. She will discuss how participants can pursue their ambitions by moving beyond limitations and adopting mindset changes. As Blackwell stated, “A leadership strategist, coach, trainer and dynamic speaker, Crystal will talk us through how to unleash our boldest aspirations, shattering the ‘shoulds’ and ‘coulds’ to DREAM without limits. Together we’ll learn to transform doubt into determination with rapid-fire mindset shifts that empower us to stand taller and own our power!”

Each Women Empowered event also highlights a nonprofit organization. This year’s spotlight is on House of Refuge. Jacqueline Cruz, Chief Development Officer at House of Refuge, will speak about the organization’s mission. Attendees are encouraged to donate items such as laundry baskets, bath towels, kitchen utensils, cookware sets, cleaning supplies, fans, lamps, and other household goods for welcome baskets given to families when they move in.

The Women Empowered events are open to all community members interested in attending.
