The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce is seeking professionals to serve as mentors for its Career Shadowing & Mentoring program this fall. The program matches high school and college students with local professionals for 16 to 20 hours of career exposure during the September to December cycle.

The application window for students has closed, and the chamber is now focused on recruiting mentors in a variety of fields. The goal is to give students real-world experience while providing mentors an opportunity to support workforce development in the community.

Professionals who are unable to participate in the fall are encouraged to consider joining the spring cycle, which runs from January through May.

For more information or to get involved, interested individuals can contact Elaine Kessler at elaine@gilbertchamber.com.
