The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce announced on Apr. 14 that its Gilbert Young Professionals (GYP) program recently held a volunteer event, GYP Gives Back, at Page Commons where members connected with local seniors and assisted with property clean-up.
The initiative highlights the importance of building relationships not only within professional circles but also across generations in the wider community. According to the announcement, volunteers spent time offering technology support, playing games, and listening to residents’ stories during their visit.
