Rep. Greg Stanton, U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 4th district, used his social media platform on November 9, 2025, to highlight local community service efforts and honor military veterans ahead of Veterans Day.
In a post recognizing a longstanding charitable initiative, Stanton stated: “For 25 years, Operation Santa Claus has delivered meals, toys, and clothing to Arizona families, totaling over $15 million in support. I was proud to present David Kimmerle of @SandersonFordAZ/@LincolnPHX and Craig McKee of @abc15 a Congressional Commendation recognizing their” (November 9, 2025).
Later the same day, Stanton attended a local event for veterans. He wrote: “Heading into Veterans Day, I joined @CityofChandler’s Military Appreciation Breakfast to listen and say thank you to the veterans in our community. To every Arizonan who stepped up to wear the uniform: we’re grateful for your service, today and every day.” (November 9, 2025).
He also acknowledged city officials for their participation in honoring veterans: “Thank you to Chandler City Council members OD Harris and Angel Encinas for joining me in recognizing the service of the brave men and women in our communities who stepped up to defend our freedoms.” (November 9, 2025).
Stanton’s posts come after he secured reelection victories against Kelly Cooper in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections.
