Heritage Academy Principal Heidi Udall announced on May 7 that several coaching positions are open for the next school year and provided updates about upcoming end-of-year events.

The announcement is important for families interested in contributing to the school’s extracurricular programs and staying informed about key dates as the academic year concludes. The message also recognizes community support during Teacher Appreciation Week.

Udall said, “We have the best Heritage families! Thank you for spoiling us this week for Teacher Appreciation Week. We feel loved.” She explained that the best staffing referrals come from within the Heritage community and encouraged those interested in coaching junior high or high school boys basketball, high school tackle football, or junior high/high school swimming to contact Athletic Director Fred Martinez. Udall also reminded families to check their email for details regarding May 21, which will feature an Awards Assembly and Graduation but no regular classes.

According to the official website, Heritage Academy provides tuition-free education for grades 7 through 12, maintains a clean and positive learning environment, fosters strong character development with respect for American founding principles, holds full accreditation through Cognia, and is led by Principal Heidi Udall with Eve Seaman as assistant principal.

The broader significance of these announcements lies in supporting student activities while reinforcing a sense of community engagement at Heritage Academy. The focus on internal referrals highlights ongoing efforts to involve families directly in shaping student experiences beyond academics.
