In a recent communication, Heritage Academy has announced measures aimed at maintaining campus safety. The school is requesting that all visitors enter through the front door and check in at the front desk. “In an effort to keep our campus safe, we are asking all visitors to use the front door and check in at the front desk. Thanks for your cooperation,” the message states.

The administration also reminded parents and guardians about appropriate procedures for meeting with teachers. The school advises that meetings should be scheduled in advance via email, rather than entering classrooms before or after school without notice. “If you’d like to meet with a teacher, email and schedule an appointment with them. It is not appropriate to walk into their classrooms before and after school unannounced,” the communication reads.

For those with questions about course offerings, the school suggests consulting the course catalogue available on the Heritage Academy website. The administration encourages families to arrange appointments with Mr. Brown to plan for the next academic year. “If you have any questions about classes we offer, check out the course catalogue linked on the website. It’s a good time to schedule your appt. now with Mr. Brown to begin planning for next school year,” the notice advises.

The message was signed by Heidi Udall, Principal of Heritage Academy.
