Jordan Burks, the former Hillcrest Prep basketball standout, helped lead the UCF Knights to a 97-84 win against the BYU Cougars on Tuesday, Feb. 24.
The 6-foot-9 junior forward had 24 points, six rebounds and two steals across 31 minutes.
Another Lee Network AZ area alum saw action in the game as well. Devan Cambridge, also on the Knights’ roster, played against BYU Tuesday night.
Cambridge, a 6-foot-6 forward out of Hillcrest Prep, added two points, two rebounds and one assist in 19 minutes of play.
UCF is set to host the Baylor Bears on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 8 p.m. in their next contest.
