Kovach Enclosure Systems has announced the signing of a new lease to expand its operations in Chandler, Arizona. The company will occupy 190,475 square feet across two buildings at the redeveloped Chandler Freeways Business Park, located at 6955 W. Morelos Place near Interstate 10 and Loop 202.

Kovach has operated in Chandler since 1970 and currently employs 365 people. The new headquarters space is more than half again as large as its current facility and features modern industrial amenities intended to support the company’s operational needs.

“Kovach has proudly called Chandler home for many years, and this expansion represents not just growth, but a deepening of our partnership with the City of Chandler,” said Brad Wright, President of Kovach Enclosure Systems. “This investment reflects our confidence in the community we serve, the trusted relationships we’ve built with our clients, and the dedication of our employee owners who make our success possible. Together, we’re building more than projects—we’re investing in our people, our city, and the future we share.”

Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke commented on the announcement: “We’re thrilled that Kovach Enclosure Systems has chosen to continue its legacy in Chandler. Kovach has been an important part of our business community for decades, delivering world-class projects while creating high-quality jobs for our residents. Their decision to stay and expand here is a testament to Chandler’s strong economy and talented workforce.”

Micah Miranda, Chandler Economic Development Director, also remarked: “Kovach’s decision to reinvest in Chandler underscores the strength of our local manufacturing and construction ecosystem. This project is another example of how Chandler continues to attract and retain industry leaders who value our strategic location, infrastructure, and supportive business environment.”

The lease agreement spans 15 years. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel brokered the deal with Ryan Companies and Alidade Capital serving as landlord and developer. The buildings are expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026 when Kovach will relocate its operations.

Kovach Enclosure Systems designs, manufactures, and installs paneling, glazing, and facade systems for commercial architecture projects nationwide. Established in 1970 in Chandler, it operates across eight states with a focus on continuous training for its employee-owners through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company maintains a portfolio that includes several high-profile projects both within Arizona and nationally.
