City of Mesa departments are currently assessing their fees and charges for parks, recreation, and community facilities. The evaluation process considers how services are used and whether the fees align with market rates or help recover program costs. Proposed adjustments to the text and fees for these services will be reviewed by the City Council before any action is taken.

A 60-day public notice has been issued as required by Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-499.15, informing residents about the proposed changes to Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Fees in Mesa.
