Michael Carbone, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the 25th House District, announced his intention to seek re-election in 2026 through a series of posts on his social media account.

On September 30, 2025, Carbone wrote, “I’m running for re-election in 2026! If you’d like to help, please print this signature petition and collect 10 signatures. Here’s the link: https://t.co/wqrX7EB7U9 Simply fill out the front/back then mail it to the address on the form. Thank you for your dedication! https://t.co/5CXBxF1ATF”. In this post, he provided instructions for supporters to assist with gathering signatures needed for his campaign.

Later that day, Carbone engaged followers with a question about election security, stating on September 30, 2025: “What change would give you the most confidence in Arizona’s elections? #ElectionIntegrity #SecureElections #AZPolitics #ArizonaValues”.

He also expressed appreciation for his supporters by posting on September 30, 2025: “Thank you for your support!”.

Carbone has represented Arizona’s 25th House District since replacing Michelle Udall in 2023. As a member of the state legislature, he continues to address topics such as election integrity and voter engagement as part of his public outreach.
