He followed up immediately with another post providing subscription details: “https://t.co/v90YbpMCy0 Subscribe to receive me emails and read past emails here: https://t.co/uk1Gqm08TS”.
The next day, on September 18, Carbone urged public participation in an initiative for the upcoming election cycle. He wrote: “Your signature can make a difference!
