Climate and environmental policy expert: ‘I'm not in favor of federal programs’ for weatherization efforts
H. Sterling Burnett, director of the Arthur B. Robinson Center on Climate and Environmental Policy, stated that federal funds for weatherization have income limitations, federal programs' effectiveness is questionable, and he opposes using funds for administrative purposes rather than direct assistance. Burnett was a guest on a recent episode of the Grand Canyon Times Podcast.
