Pure-Logic Industries has started construction on a new 29,845-square-foot headquarters and production facility at 2605 E. Cessna Drive in Chandler’s Airpark Area. The project will bring together the company’s operations, providing space for manufacturing, research, production, and administration.

Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said, “Chandler’s Airpark Area continues to attract innovative companies that want to grow alongside a highly skilled workforce and business-friendly environment. We’re thrilled to welcome Pure-Logic Industries as they establish their new headquarters here and invest in the future of our community.”

The decision by Pure-Logic to relocate was influenced by Chandler’s reputation as a center for advanced manufacturing and technology-driven businesses.

Michael Hughes, President and CEO of Pure-Logic Industries Inc., said, “A vast majority of products manufactured by Pure-Logic Industries are incorporated into lifesaving systems, which adds a greater sense of pride and responsibility within our team. Current manufacturing services extend to blood pumps for heart and lung machines, cryogenic bio-archive systems, military aircraft and ground combat vehicles seat safety systems, spacecraft crew module seats on NASA’s Artemis program, and commercial aircraft evacuation systems. We are very excited about moving our headquarters to Chandler and being able to celebrate our organization’s 30-year anniversary in the new facility.”

Micah Miranda, Chandler’s Economic Development Director, stated: “Pure-Logic Industries’ investment underscores the strength of Chandler’s business ecosystem. Their decision to locate their headquarters in our Airpark Area demonstrates confidence in our community’s ability to support growth, innovation, and high-quality jobs.”

The Airpark Area is located near Chandler Municipal Airport and has become popular with companies looking for access to transportation routes, skilled workers, and modern industrial spaces.

Construction of the new facility is being handled by Sun State Builders. The building is scheduled for completion in September 2026.

Pure-Logic Industries produces high-tech metal products mainly serving customers in military, medical, aerospace, space sectors as well as other commercial industries. The company holds AS9100 / ISO 9001 certification along with NADCAP accreditation for welding and brazing.

Sun State Builders is a Tempe-based design-build construction company specializing in industrial projects since its founding in 1973.
