Rep. Andy Biggs, who has represented Arizona’s 5th district in the U.S. Congress since 2017, posted a series of statements on his social media account on November 20, 2025, addressing issues related to law enforcement and the judiciary.
In a post published at 00:51 UTC, Biggs stated, “Law and order has returned. Like @CongresswomanSC said way back in 2023, no one is above the law.”
Later that day at 14:34 UTC, he expressed concerns about the current state of the judicial system: “Our nation is in the midst of a judicial crisis. Rogue judges push their radical partisan agenda from the bench while releasing career criminals back into American communities. Every judge who released this monster has blood on their hands and must be held accountable.”
In another post at 14:57 UTC, Biggs wrote, “Still not tired of winning Thank you @POTUS!”
Biggs has served as a U.S. Congressman for Arizona’s 5th District since succeeding Richard Miranda in 2017 and previously served in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. He was born in Tucson in 1958 and currently resides in Gilbert. Biggs earned his BA from Brigham Young University in 1982 and received his JD from the University of Arizona in 1984.
