Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, recently addressed several issues on his social media account, including federal regulations affecting ranchers and concerns over political violence.

On December 12, 2025, Biggs wrote, “For too long, American ranchers have been hindered by extreme environmental regulations and litigation tactics. Thanks to @RepGosar, @RepEliCrane, and @RepCiscomani for joining the effort to free American cattle ranchers from federal overregulation.”

Three days later, on December 15, he posted a brief endorsement with “”.

Later that same day, Biggs commented on an incident involving political violence: “Heartbreaking. Please join Cindy and I as we pray for comfort for Ella’s family and friends. Enough is enough. Political violence must come to a swift end.”

Biggs has served in Congress since 2017 after previously serving in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. He was born in Tucson in 1958 and currently resides in Gilbert. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University (1982) and a JD from the University of Arizona (1984).
