Rep. Andy Biggs, who represents Arizona’s 5th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of statements on his social media account regarding health care legislation and other issues.

On November 15, 2025, Biggs wrote: “Time to repeal the Unaffordable Care Act. Good thing I already have legislation to do it. Let’s get it done, @SpeakerJohnson! https://t.co/iq9AkaO95y”

Two days later, on November 16, he published a brief post stating: “Fact check: True https://t.co/tkeEsfhKkr”

On November 17, Biggs shared another message: “End trans terrorism. https://t.co/KSzO49d9Px”

Andy Biggs has served as the representative for Arizona’s 5th District since 2017 after succeeding Richard Miranda and previously held office in the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Born in Tucson in 1958 and currently residing in Gilbert, Biggs earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1982 and a law degree from the University of Arizona two years later.
