Gilbert, Ariz. - This November, the Gilbert Town Council is holding a public hearing to review and discuss an update to the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan associated with system development fees charged by the Town for public services like police, fire, parks and recreation, traffic signals, roads and intersections, water, and wastewater. 

The public hearing to discuss the 

proposed amendment to the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan will take place during the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on Tuesday, November 28.

The Town Council vote on whether to approve the proposed update will occur at the Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

A separate public hearing on potential changes to the Town's system development fees for police, fire, parks and recreation, traffic signals, roads and intersections, water, and wastewater development fees will be considered after the Town Council has approved or disapproved the amendment to the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan.
