Chandler’s senior residents are invited to the Chandler Senior Expo on March 6, providing access and information to help them continue an active and healthy lifestyle. The expo features more than 60 exhibitors, offering tips and advice on a variety of topics, from financial and retirement planning to health and nutrition information trends. According to the City of Chandler Community Services Recreation Division, attendees also have access to free blood pressure checks courtesy of the Chandler Fire Department.

"This year’s expo is presented by Alignment Health Plan and Arizona Priority Care, and notable sponsors include Medtronic, Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC and TruSmile Now," stated the organizers.

The expo is perfect for individuals who are soon to be retiring, those already retired and children of aging adults. Doors open at 9 a.m. on March 6 and the expo runs until noon. Free parking is available at the Chandler Community Center located at 125 E. Commonwealth Ave.

In addition to the expo, the Spice of Life Senior Variety Show returns this month with 25 thrilling acts. The community is invited to watch the show at the Chandler Center of the Arts, offering two performance options. Tickets to the Spice of Life Senior Variety Show are $10 and available for purchase at the door. For those interested in more information about the Chandler Senior Expo or the Spice of Life Senior Variety Show, they can call the Senior Center at 480-782-2720.
