World-class woodwind artistry will be showcased at the Eisendrath House in Tempe this Friday during a special concert featuring Paradise Winds. The concert will include a repertoire by American icon George Gershwin and inspirations from American works, including a piece by local composer Zachary James Bramble.
According to the event announcement, the programming by Paradise Winds aims to break barriers of artistic standards and engage the audience with creative and educational repertoire. The concert will feature an original commission by Bramble entitled "Xeriscape," which will receive its Arizona Premiere.
"Come early for free self-guided tours of the historic Eisendrath House starting at 6 p.m. Plus, enjoy a live Q&A with the artists after the show!" the announcement encourages attendees. The event is free to attend but seating and parking are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Carpooling is also encouraged.
