CHANDLER, Ariz. — The City of Chandler has launched a new self-service portal for the public to search for city-archived records. Residents may now visit Chandler Archived Records to search for city ordinances, resolutions, election records, and City Council or boards & commissions meeting agendas and minutes.

City Clerk Dana DeLong expressed the city's commitment to transparency and technology, stating, “As a city, we’re committed to transparency and the use of technology to enhance accessibility to local government for our constituents.”

The initiative was a collaborative effort involving staff from the City Clerk's Office and Chandler’s Law and Information Technology departments. Dana DeLong further added, “This self-service portal helps us achieve that goal.”

For those who require assistance with the new service, they can reach out to the City Clerk's Office at 480-782-2181.
