The East Valley Veterans Parade Association is now accepting applications for entries to the 17th Annual East Valley Veterans Parade. This year’s theme, “Arizona Heroes – Global War on Terrorism,” aims to recognize those who served in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as their families.

Applications must be submitted online by Oct. 22 to be eligible. The application does not guarantee acceptance into the parade. All entrants are responsible for learning the parade’s rules and regulations.

The East Valley Veterans Parade on Nov. 11 traditionally attracts more than 90 entries and is attended by thousands along Center Street and First Street in downtown Mesa. More parade information is available at evvp.org.
