In another post dated November 27, 2024, he emphasized his opposition to continuing resolutions (CRs), asserting that "Congress must not pass another CR under any circumstances." He argued that such resolutions would continue funding for controversial activities including those related to Planned Parenthood and politically-charged prosecutions of nonviolent protestors from January 6.
On November 28, 2024, Rep. Biggs criticized the Biden-Harris Administration's handling of border security issues. He described the actions of individuals smuggling children across the border as having no regard for human life and noted that "The legacy of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris Administration will be their unimaginable failures at the border."
