Rep. Andy Biggs, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 5th district, has expressed his views on recent political developments through a series of tweets. The congressman, who has been in office since 2017 and previously served in the Arizona Senate, took to social media to comment on issues ranging from presidential pardons to federal spending.

On December 4, 2024, Rep. Biggs posted a tweet implying that President Joe Biden may have pardoned his son Hunter Biden. He stated, "Joe may have pardoned Hunter. But no one will pardon Joe."

The following day, December 5, he criticized government spending practices by stating that "The credit card is maxed out." He emphasized that Americans are frustrated with what he described as "bloated and irresponsible spending," specifically pointing out concerns over an unpaid disaster supplemental.

In another tweet on December 5, Rep. Biggs commented on the rarity of broad presidential pardons for long-term criminal activities. He remarked that "A blanket pardon for crimes spanning more than a decade is unheard of."
