Greg Stanton seeks FCC resolution on broadband conflict

Rep. Greg Stanton, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 4th district, has been actively engaging with his constituents and the public through social media. His recent tweets address infrastructure funding issues, commend local sports achievements, and honor a fellow congress member.

On December 5, 2024, Rep. Stanton highlighted an issue regarding broadband infrastructure funding in Arizona. He stated that "Arizona got nearly $1 billion under our #BipartisanInfrastructureLaw to expand broadband infrastructure—but conflicts with another federal program could keep some rural & Tribal communities from taking advantage." He further mentioned seeking a resolution from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). "I'm seeking a resolution from the @FCC."

Later on the same day, Rep. Stanton congratulated ASU football coach Kenny Dillingham for his accomplishments. He tweeted: "A well-deserved recognition for the coach who led the largest single-year improvement in ASU football program history." This tweet included congratulations to Coach Dillingham and used the hashtag #ForksUp. "Congratulations, @KennyDillingham! #ForksUp "

On December 6, 2024, Rep. Stanton expressed appreciation for his colleague Rep. Debbie Lesko as she concluded her service in Congress.
