Rep. Andy Biggs, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 5th district since 2017, recently shared several statements via social media addressing his concerns about government surveillance and gun rights, as well as engaging with constituents through a tele-town hall.

On December 10, Rep. Biggs expressed his concerns about the current administration's surveillance practices. He stated that "Biden-Harris's weaponized FBI continues to spy on Americans' personal records WITHOUT A WARRANT." Biggs emphasized the need to "close the loopholes the government crawls through to spy on its citizens" and vowed accountability for these actions.

In another post from December 10, Rep. Biggs announced his support for legislation aimed at dismantling a federal agency related to firearms regulation. He mentioned that he is "proud to cosponsor @RepEricBurlison's bill to abolish the ATF!" reaffirming his commitment to defending Americans' Second Amendment rights.

On December 11, Rep. Biggs invited his constituents to participate in a live tele-town hall session, providing them with an opportunity to ask questions directly. In his tweet, he noted that "My December tele-town hall is live now! Dial 833-305-1697 to ask me questions."
