The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Foundation has announced the success of its Adopt-A-Senior program this holiday season. The initiative aimed to support seniors in the community, adopting 106 seniors from Page Commons and the Gilbert Senior Center. The program brought holiday cheer to those in need through a wish list system.

The donation drive was renamed the Alma Riedel Holiday Donation Drive, honoring a cherished community member. This drive gathered enough contributions to create nearly 100 special gifts and giveaways, distributed at the Holiday Breakfast event.

During the Holiday Breakfast, seniors enjoyed a meal provided by the Gilbert Senior Center and a performance by the children's choir from Gilbert Arts Academy. A total of 58 seniors attended, each leaving with gifts to enhance their holiday experience.

"We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in the success of this year’s Adopt-A-Senior program," stated a representative from the foundation. "Your generosity and support truly made a difference in the lives of our seniors."

The foundation looks forward to continuing this tradition in future years.
