Mayor Kevin Hartke, along with Chandler's Neighborhood Preservation Division, is extending an invitation to residents of Chandler who are part of a homeowners association to attend the annual Mayor HOA Roundtable. This event is scheduled for January 15, 2025, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center located at 249 E. Chicago St.
The roundtable will feature Beth Mulcahy, Esq., from Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., as the main speaker. Mulcahy will address the ten most common issues that can cause difficulties for HOA boards. Topics include open meeting law violations, proper voting procedures, and handling fines and penalties. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn tips and tricks for running a strong and effective board. Following her presentation, there will be a session for questions and answers.
