Congressman Andy Biggs has reintroduced a series of legislative measures aimed at addressing what he describes as the weaponization of the federal government by the Biden-Harris Administration. Biggs accuses President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland of using the Department of Justice (DOJ) against President-elect Donald Trump and conservative figures nationwide.

"Americans have witnessed—and many have experienced—firsthand the perversion of justice fostered by Joe Biden and his radical cronies. Politically motivated prosecutors have targeted Biden’s political opponents, including President-elect Donald Trump, using taxpayer dollars, while bad actors and corrupt bureaucrats were not held to account. I am committed to dismantling the weaponized DOJ and reorienting our agencies to their original purpose: protecting American citizens," stated Congressman Biggs.

The legislation introduced includes several bills with specific aims:

- H.R. 62, known as the Withholding Investments from Lawless Litigators in States (WILLIS) Act, seeks to prevent federal funds from being allocated to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. It also demands repayment of federal funds granted after January 1, 2021.

- H.R. 63, titled Accountability for Lawless Violence in our Neighborhoods (ALVIN) Act, similarly targets the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office with restrictions on federal funding and requires repayment for funds awarded after January 1, 2022.

- H.R. 118, or No Federal Funds for Political Prosecutions Act, aims to prohibit state or local law enforcement agencies from utilizing seized assets for investigating or prosecuting presidential candidates or officeholders in criminal cases.

- H.R. 96 is named Buzz Off Act and intends to restrict government agencies from employing drones for surveillance on U.S. citizens.

- H.R. 80 proposes revoking security clearances for intelligence officials who denied claims regarding Hunter Biden's laptop scandal under the Drain the Intelligence Community Swamp Act.

- H.R. 52 allows businesses more discretion over shareholder proposals unrelated to financial outcomes through the Stop Woke Investing Act.

- Lastly, H.R. 69 seeks amendments in D.C.'s Code via Freedom to Petition the Government Act so that meetings between non-profits based outside D.C., held within federal offices in D.C., are not classified as conducting business there.

These proposed measures reflect Congressman Biggs's ongoing efforts against what he perceives as misuse of governmental power under current administration policies.
