On March 17, Rep. Greg Stanton expressed his support for a legislative measure aimed at prohibiting stock trading by members of Congress. He stated that "More than 80% of Americans—Republicans, Democrats and independents—support banning members of Congress from trading stocks. I’m backing the bipartisan TRUST in Congress Act to do just that."
Later that day, he directed his followers to additional information with a simple message: "Read more " This tweet included a link for further reading.
In another post made on the same day, Stanton highlighted the significance of Arizona's tourism industry. He mentioned that "Arizona's tourism industry supports 187,000 jobs and brings in nearly $30 billion to our economy." He also criticized former President Donald Trump by stating that "Trump's chaos is bad for business."
